Method of Preparation
- Heat ghee, add onions and fry till golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste, chana dal, curd, red chili, green chili, mint and stir fry.
- Add garam masala, plum, almonds and raisins (kishmish) and layer with boiled rice, essences.
- Garnish with birasta, ginger and almonds.
