Corn Quesadillas
Ingredients
- 4 ears
- 1 Pack / 10oz
- 2 cups / 8oz
Method of Preparation
- Cut kernels off corn with a sharp paring kinife.
- Lay 6 tortilas on work surface.
- Sprinkle with half the cheese; top with corn, add the remaining cheese and then top with remaining tortillas.
- Grill, turning quesadillas carefully with using a wide spetula, for about 3 minutes on each side or until the cheese melts.
- Cut in quarters and serve warm.
