Corn Quesadillas

Ingredients
  • 4 ears
  • 1 Pack / 10oz
  • 2 cups / 8oz
Method of Preparation
  • Cut kernels off corn with a sharp paring kinife.
  • Lay 6 tortilas on work surface.
  • Sprinkle with half the cheese; top with corn, add the remaining cheese and then top with remaining tortillas.
  • Grill, turning quesadillas carefully with using a wide spetula, for about 3 minutes on each side or until the cheese melts.
  • Cut in quarters and serve warm.
