Dragon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup

  • 2 tsp

  • 1-2 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • to taste
  • 1 tbsp
  • for deep frying
Method of preparation - For the filling
  • Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and stir fry for a few seconds
  • Add all vegetables, sugar, and salt and stir fry over high flame till the vegetables are tender.
  • Add the schezuan sauce and mix well.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Hot to proceed
  • Roll out the dough thinly into 4” diameter circles.
  • Place a portion of the filling at one corner of rectangle. Roll up tightly starting from the end where the filling is placed to make a roll.
  • Seal the edges using a little of the flour paste.
  • Repeat for the remaining rectangle pieces and filling to make more dragon rolls.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
  • Serve hot with green onion and ginger dip.
