Dragon Rolls
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup

- 3/4 cup
- 1/4 cup
- 2 tsp

- 1-2 Tbsp
- 1 Tbsp
- to taste
- 1 tbsp
- for deep frying
Method of preparation - For the filling
- Heat oil in a wok, add garlic and stir fry for a few seconds
- Add all vegetables, sugar, and salt and stir fry over high flame till the vegetables are tender.
- Add the schezuan sauce and mix well.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Hot to proceed
- Roll out the dough thinly into 4” diameter circles.
- Place a portion of the filling at one corner of rectangle. Roll up tightly starting from the end where the filling is placed to make a roll.
- Seal the edges using a little of the flour paste.
- Repeat for the remaining rectangle pieces and filling to make more dragon rolls.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with green onion and ginger dip.
