Fajita Burger
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- Heat the outdoor grill. Mix together the oil and chili powder.
- Grill the pepper, turning once after 12 minutes or until charred and crisp-tender.
- Grill the burgers as per the instructions on the packet. Remove the burger and put aside on a plate. Place the peppers on a cutting board and make thin slices.
- Brush one side of each tortilla with the chili oil mixture and grill with the oil side down for 1 minute. Turnover and cook for another minute until grill-marked. Transfer to serving plate.
- Put two lettuce leaves, a burger, and ¼ the pepper slices on half of oiled side of a tortilla. Fold over other half and serve with accompaniments.
