Honey Glazed Ham

Method of Preparation
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F. Cut your ham and fill some whole cloves in it. Take a foil lined frying pan/oven pan and place the ham in it. Take a double boiler and place butter, honey and corn syrup in its top half, to heat. Keep this coating warm to brush over ham on a frequent basis. Brush the coating on ham and bake it at 325°F (in preheated oven) for almost 70-90 minutes.
  • Apply the coating on ham on an interval of 20 min (so that it doesn’t dry and burn). As you see that your ham is baked, broil the coating. Remove your ham from oven and let it cool a little.
  • Serve honey glazed ham with your choice of bread or raw.
