Method of Preparation
- Mix Ricotta cheese, Grated Romano cheese, Grated provolone cheese, chopped parsley, and eggs with 500 gms of mozzarella cheese. Get your pan and spread some tomato sauce on it. Stuff manicotti shells with the previous mixed ingredient and place it on pan. Leave it for 30 seconds and then spread some tomato sauce on the top and in between. Then spread the remaining 250 gms of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake it at 350º F for about 15-20 minutes. Grill or broil it for 2-3 minutes so that it becomes brown at top. Don’t let it burn.
