Marinated Paneer
Ingredients

- 3 lemons
- 4 tbsp
Method of Preparation
- Cube paneer or cut into triangles.
- Mix water and sugar. Heat to dissolve. Mix in all ingredients except coriander powder. Check seasoning and add more sugar or lemon juice if required.
- Pour mixture over paneer. Cover and set aside in fridge for 24 hrs making sure to stir at least 2-3 times in a day to marinate well.
- Just before serving, drain excess liquids, sprinkle coriander powder.
