Prachi who has specialized in Sport Science and Nutrition, also understands that today’s world is too fast-paced which makes it very difficult to keep one’s diet regime in control. Hence, she conducts a number of health seminars to connect with the right audience in order highlight the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Method of Preparation
Put all melon chunks in a large salad bowl
Pour Ginger juice over melons, toss slightly and chill
Beat together Yogurt, Orange juice, Mint, salad and Pepper
Just before serving salad, pour yogurt mixture over it
