Sandesh

Ingredients
  • 100 gms
  • 2 tbsp
  • 4 tsp
  • Few drops
  • to decorate
Method of Preparation
  • Take a saucepan and blend all the ingredients gently.
  • Cook the mixture at low flame.
  • Stir constantly until the mixture becomes not very dry nor very soft.
  • Take the saucepan out of the flame and remove it on a plate.
  • Allow the mixture to cool.
  • Cut it into desired shape
  • Decorate the sandesh with silver foil.
  • Store in airtight containers and use within 3-4 days or refrigerate for longer use.
