Stress related problems are on rise among women. The reason can range from household troubles, office pressures to marriage issues. It can be categorized as emotional, physical, and behavioral. Women often tend to hurt themselves by taking on too much stress. This habit is not at all beneficial as the lady in question might have medical complications.

It should be kept in mind that we are capable of handling stress. All we need to do is to make ourselves strong. Try to focus on the solution rather than the problem.
