Being present in a place with the air conditioners on for long hours, the dust and polluted air, eating fast food regularly and lack of proper sleep are a few reasons that are enough to cause weakening of your curls. The hair becomes dry with split ends and various issues.

Washing your curls with hot water

Instead of using hot water, wash your hair with cold or slightly warm shower. The warmth in the water removes the dampness in the hair and becomes wiry. Hot water hair wash also damages the hair in the scalp.

Fasting and untimely meals

Irregular food intake or not eating a healthy nutritious food harms your physique and hair. A high protein diet will help your hair glow and remain thick.

Tying hair in tightly

Though the tightly knotted or tied hair does look nice and comfortable during working hours, it does cause a lot of damage to your locks. Letting the hair being loosely tied or plaited or left loose as much as possible will help the hair grow strongly.

Drying damp hair

Drying damp hair roughly can break your delicate hair. Removing the tangles when the hair is moist must be done with care. The morning rush hours may cause the haste; be careful and handle your hair with care. Allow your tufts to dry naturally or use a thin towel to dry your hair.

Yet another reason for hair damage is the kit used to fashion the hair. You may wish to tie up your hair in new and attractive manner, but using hairdo kits that use heat will cause the thinning of hair or hair fall. It is advisable to keep hair styles at a low key. As far as possible, let your hair flow naturally and bounce with health.
