Method of Preparation
  • In a large pot boil some lightly salted water.
  • Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
  • Once cooked drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large saucepan, melt some butter over medium heat.
  • Cook the onion and garlic in the butter until tender, make sure to stir constantly for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the flour and salt and simmer until bubbly.
  • Mix in the broth and milk and boil while stirring constantly for one minute.
  • Put in two cups Mozzarella cheese and

  • Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In the bottom of a large baking dish, spread 1/3 of the sauce mixture.

  • Arrange 1/3 of the noodles over the chicken and layer with 1/3 of the sauce mixture, spinach and he remaining mozzarella cheese and
