Honey Coated Potato Balls made from Vegit Instant Aloo Mash
Ingredients

- 150 ml
- 2 tbsp
- 1/4
- 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp
- to taste
Method of Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, add the Vegit Aloo Mash. Add the water and salt to it. Stir it well and keep aside for 10 mins.
- Divide the mix into small 15 equal portions.
- Shape them into balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry these potato balls in it, until golden in color.
- Drain them and keep aside.
- In a small pan, heat 1 tbsp oil.
- Add the sesame seeds and roast them lightly. Add the dry red chili pieces.
- Add honey and sweet chili sauce and stir it properly. Heat the sauce for 3-4 mins on low flame.
- Add the fried potato balls and toss carefully.
