White Cheese With Chicken Lasagna

Method of Preparation
- In a large pot boil some lightly salted water.
- Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.
- Once cooked drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large saucepan, melt some butter over medium heat.
- Cook the onion and garlic in the butter until tender, make sure to stir constantly for 1 minute.
- Stir in the flour and salt and simmer until bubbly.
- Mix in the broth and milk and boil while stirring constantly for one minute.
- Put in two cups Mozzarella cheese and

- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the bottom of a large baking dish, spread 1/3 of the sauce mixture.
