Fish oil is rich in omega-3, fatty acids that may reduce inflammation and recommended for digestive issues including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel diseases. Sharing a small secret- walnut, soybean and eggs are a great source of Omega-3. Did I forget the good ol’ hilsa, pomfret, salmon? Go for it. Happy dining!
