Badam Ladoo

Ingredients
  • 1 cup
  • 1 cup (optional)
  • 1 cup (increase quantity if needed based on your taste)
  • 4 to 5 (quantity based on your taste)
  • ½ tbsp (roasted in ghee) (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp (roasted)
Method of Preparation
  • Slowly dry roast the almonds until you get the aroma.
  • Roast the cardamoms and coconut until you get the aroma. This may take about 2 mins.
  • Powder the roasted almonds, coconut and cardamoms in a blender. Keep this aside.
  • Add jaggery (Use purest form of jagger without any impurities) and the extra cardamom to the already crushed coconut and almond powder.
  • Again mix it in a blender until the mixture looks moist.
  • Make small portions of the mixture and roll them in your hand to make small balls. Allow it to cool down and perfect the ladoos.
  • Store in airtight containers and finish within 10 days.
