Coconut Mango Delight
Ingredients
- 1 Cup
- 1 Cup
- 5 to 6 Tbsp
- As per taste
- 3 to 4 Tbsp
Method of Preparation
- Blend all the ingredients together properly.
- Pour equal amount of the mixture into the silicone moulds.
- Keep the mould in your freezer and allow to set for 5 - 6 hours.
- Remove just before serving. Remove from the moulds on your serving plates and garnish with a little chocolate sauce, mango syrup and a small mint spring.
