Coconut Mango Delight

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup
  • 1 Cup
  • 5 to 6 Tbsp
  • As per taste
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp
Method of Preparation
  • Blend all the ingredients together properly.
  • Pour equal amount of the mixture into the silicone moulds.
  • Keep the mould in your freezer and allow to set for 5 - 6 hours.
  • Remove just before serving. Remove from the moulds on your serving plates and garnish with a little chocolate sauce, mango syrup and a small mint spring.
