Cheese And Olive Bruschetta

Ingredients

Mayonnaise (or any salad dressing) 1/2 cup
Grated mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped 2 medium pcs
Chopped Black olives 1/4 cup
Parmesan cheese (freshly grated) 1/4 cup
Basil 1/4 tsp
black pepper, and Oregano 1 tsp each
Fresh Baguette 1 (2 1/2" round and 27" long)
Softened Butter 1/3 cup

Method of Preparation

Except for baguet and butter mix all the ingredients. Then cut the baguet into small slices. apply butter on its one side. Take a cookie sheet and apply butter on its one side, arrange the sliced baguet on the lubricated side of the sheet. Spread the mixture evenly between the slices.
Bake it in an oven at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold, as you like.
