Chicken Nachos
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350⁰F/175⁰C.
- Heat in a 12 in skillet over medium heat the garlic and white parts of the onions in canola oil, until tender.
- Mix in the shredded chicken, salt and pepper.
- Toss until well coated with oil and stir in the salsa.
- Now arrange the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over tortilla chips.
- Top with Cheddar/ Monterey jack cheese blend and tomato.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with onion greens before serving.
