Fresh Haldi(Turmeric) Mutter Ki Sabji

Method of Preparation
  • Heat ghee in kadai, add cumin seeds, dried red chilli, cardamom, grated fresh turmeric, hing. Sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add cashew nuts, sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add green peas, mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add besan and cook for 30 second.
  • Switch off the flame. Add curd, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, water mix well. Now again start the flame and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Serve hot with roti or rice or bajre or jawari ki roti.
