Mexican Mini Meat Loaves

Ingredients

Method of Preparation
  • Mix together ground turkey, ground pork, bread pieces, chopped green chilies, minced garlic, dried oregano, chili powder, ground cumin, and salt in a medium size bowl until well blended.
  • Make oval size patties from the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add patties and shallow fry for 3 minutes on each side or until the meat is no longer pink in the centre.
  • Serve the patties while hot with some warm salsa sauce
