Rotisserie Marinade Chicken

Method of Preparation
  • Take a saucepan and mix all the ingredients and let it warm till honey is melted. In a baking dish spray some Pam and add the 4 chicken breast halves and bake it uncovered at 400ºF for 30-40 minutes. Bake them until they turn brown (keep basting pieces at an interval of 10 minutes).
  • Take out the disk and seal-pack in a pan with foil. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Serve it with Oregano bread.
