Schezwan Baby Potatoes
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup
- 1 - 2 tbsp
- 4 tbsp
- 2 tbsp for cooking
- For deep frying
Method of Preparation
- Take a small bowl and add 2 tbsp corn flour. Add to it the boiled potatoes and coat them well.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
- In a pan, stir fry onions and capsicum for 2 minutes in 2 tbsp oil. Now add the schezwan chutney, vinegar, soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and salt. Mix well.
- Add some water and a little bit of corn flour to it. Mix well.
- Now add the fried baby potatoes to the sauce and stir well. Allow to cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the spring onions and remove from flame.
- Garnish with some spring onions and serve.
