Schezwan Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp for cooking

Method of Preparation
  • Take a small bowl and add 2 tbsp corn flour. Add to it the boiled potatoes and coat them well.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  • In a pan, stir fry onions and capsicum for 2 minutes in 2 tbsp oil. Now add the schezwan chutney, vinegar, soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce, and salt. Mix well.
  • Add some water and a little bit of corn flour to it. Mix well.
  • Now add the fried baby potatoes to the sauce and stir well. Allow to cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the spring onions and remove from flame.
  • Garnish with some spring onions and serve.
