Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- Cut beef sirloin into 2 inch strips. Sprinkle strips of beef Sirloin and garlic powder to taste. Take a large skillet or deep frying pan and add vegetable oil.
- Heat the oil and then fry the seasoned beef strips till it gets brown. Transfer the whole into a crock-pot. Add bouillon cube to hot water and mix it till it gets completely dissolved. Then add cornstarch and repeat the process until dissolved.
- Now, pour these into crock-top and add onion, stewed tomatoes, green pepper, soy sauce, sugar & salt to taste. Cover the crock-top and let it cook at high heat for 3 – 4 hours.
- Pepper Steak is ready to serve.
