Toad In The Hole

Method of Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Take a baking dish of 9x3 inches square and deep respectively. Apply oil on the sausage as well as the sides and the bottom of your pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until it turns light brown.
- Take a big bowl and whisk together eggs, milk and salt, keep it separate. As you see your sausages turning light brown, mix flour to milk mixture till it is smooth. Separate sausages and keep them on a dry plate. Cover the bottom of the pan with the batter prepared.
- Bake it in oven for about 5 minutes (preheated). Place your sausages on top of the baked batter and pour the remaining batter (be quick). Bake it till you see sausages covered with batter (about 20-25 minutes). Cut into squares or the shape you want and serve toad hot (so that the crust remains crunchy).
