Vegetable Curry
Ingredients
- Two large spoons
- 200 gm

- Few strings
- ( that are lying in the Fridge)
Method of Preparation
- Saute the onion and garlic till they turn deep yellow.
- Add the ground paste and stir for a few more minutes.
- Add the coconut milk and stir till the mixture becomes one.
- Add the vegetables and cook till the vegetables soften.
- Add the mixed spice powder.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with Rotis or Steamed Rice.
