Vegetable Curry

Ingredients
  • Two large spoons
  • 200 gm
  • 1 Tbsp
  • Two
  • Two tsp
  • Two Tsp
  • Few strings
  • ( that are lying in the Fridge)
Method of Preparation
  • Saute the onion and garlic till they turn deep yellow.
  • Add the ground paste and stir for a few more minutes.
  • Add the coconut milk and stir till the mixture becomes one.
  • Add the vegetables and cook till the vegetables soften.
  • Add the mixed spice powder.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with Rotis or Steamed Rice.
