Chinese Vegetable Trio Soup

Ingredients
  • 4 ½ cups
  • 3/4 cups
  • 1/2 cups
  • 10
  • 1/2 tsp
  • to taste
Method of Preparation
  • In a large pan boil the stock.
  • Add mushrooms and carrots and simmer till the vegetables are tender.
  • Add spinach leaves, salt and boil for few more seconds.
  • Trickle oil on top.
  • Serve hot with Chillies and vinegar.
