Chinese Vegetable Trio Soup
Ingredients
- 4 ½ cups
- 3/4 cups
- 1/2 cups
- 10
- 1/2 tsp
- to taste
Method of Preparation
- In a large pan boil the stock.
- Add mushrooms and carrots and simmer till the vegetables are tender.
- Add spinach leaves, salt and boil for few more seconds.
- Trickle oil on top.
- Serve hot with Chillies and vinegar.
