Choco Ganache
Ingredients
- 9 ounces

Method of Preparation
- Take a medium sized bowl and place the chocolate in it.
- In a saucepan, heat the cream on medium flame.
- Bring it to boil and then add the chopped chocolate pieces into.
- Whisk the mixture nicely until it forms a smooth paste.
- Add rum, if you love its flavor.
- Allow the Choco Ganache to cool before using it on your cakes, pastries, etc.
