Schezwan Fried Rice
Ingredients

Method of Preparation
- Heat oil in a wok; add garlic and saut
- Add the celery and Vegetables and saut
- Add the schezuan sauce and cook for another minute.
- Add rice, bean sprouts and salt and mix well.
- Toss for a few seconds till all the ingredients are mixed.
- Serve hot.
